It is not everyday that you see a fellow Milwaukeean put their hard work and time into writing an insightful blog post that also includes relevant photography. You should consider writing for one of the local media outlets. If not, why not try and do some freelance work for the Riverwest Currents or something like that. I can safely say that my website Milwaukee Divorce Lawyer is not comparable in terms of looks to your blog. Congrats and hope you start posting soon again. Thank you.Milwaukee Divorce Lawyerhttp://milwaukeedivorcelawyer.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31045845.post-48074369422713844892009-07-13T17:29:09.737-05:002009-07-13T17:29:09.737-05:00I haven't been to the new Discovery World yet....I haven't been to the new Discovery World yet. I still remember it as a fairly small fun escape above the downtown library. Class field trips were always Milwaukee Public Museum in the morning, Discovery World after lunch. I wonder if any of those old exhibits are still part of it...goldenrailhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07257965659017173039noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31045845.post-27864670550384209772008-10-11T23:16:00.000-05:002008-10-11T23:16:00.000-05:00One of the greatest sights I've seen in Milwaukee ...One of the greatest sights I've seen in Milwaukee came in the mid-evening a few weeks ago. I was biking south along the lakefront bike path. Ahead of me I saw the Quadracci Pavilion, its graceful white curves and high wings open against the night, and the lines and masts of the schooner S/V Denis Sullivan, lit from below, docked in front of the cool neon glow of the Discovery World museum. I stopped and gazed in wonder for a few moments —- I'd never felt so proud of our city in my life!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
